1. Introduction

Welcome to ThriveTN2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThriveTN2026 website (thrivetn2026.in) and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Event Format: ThriveTN2026 Summit 2026 is primarily an online event accessible through virtual platforms. Offline (in-person) attendance is optional and available for participants who are wish to attend physically.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. User Registration and Account

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Information

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Registration and Donations

3.1 Event Registration

Registration for ThriveTN2026 requires:

• Completion of the registration form with accurate information
• Email and mobile number verification via OTP
• Selection of sector-specific subscriptions
• Contribution of applicable donation amount

3.2 Donation Terms

All payments made towards ThriveTN2026 registration are considered as voluntary donations to support the Tamil Nadu Investment Summit 2026:

• All donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateway (Razorpay)
• Donations are generally non-refundable except under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Donations contribute to organizing and facilitating the event, including venue, infrastructure, and related activities
• Promo codes may be available for reduced donation amounts and are subject to specific terms
• Donation confirmation and receipt will be sent via email

3.3 Donation Amounts

We reserve the right to modify suggested donation amounts at any time. Changes will not affect registrations already completed. Your donation supports the organization and execution of ThriveTN2026 and provides access to online event sessions, virtual networking opportunities, sector-specific content, and optional offline attendance for nearby participants.

3.4 Post-Event Access

All registered participants will have access to event videos of their subscribed sectors through the ThriveIND mobile application after the event. This applies to both online and offline attendees. Video availability, duration of access, and content are subject to organizer discretion. Access credentials and instructions will be shared via email after the event concludes.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in data scraping, mining, or automated access
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by ThriveTN2026 or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

7. Event Access and Participation

7.1 Registration Confirmation

Your registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion. All registered participants receive access to the online event.

7.2 Event Format

ThriveTN2026 is primarily an online event:

• Online Access: All registered participants can attend virtually through online platforms
• Offline Attendance: Optional in-person attendance available for participants who are nearby
• Same Content: Both online and offline attendees access the same sessions and content
• Virtual Networking: Online participants have access to virtual networking features
• Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection and compatible device required for online participation

7.3 Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify event dates, venues, or schedules
• Change speakers, sessions, or content
• Change event format (online/offline/hybrid)
• Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances
• Limit attendance or capacity for offline attendance

7.4 Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will be notified and refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Razorpay for payments). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses
• Fitness for a particular purpose

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveTN2026 and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in the event.

10. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriveTN2026 regarding the use of the Platform.
