Welcome to ThriveTN2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThriveTN2026 website (thrivetn2026.in) and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Event Format: ThriveTN2026 Summit 2026 is primarily an online event accessible through virtual platforms. Offline (in-person) attendance is optional and available for participants who are wish to attend physically.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

All payments made towards ThriveTN2026 registration are considered as voluntary donations to support the Tamil Nadu Investment Summit 2026:
We reserve the right to modify suggested donation amounts at any time. Changes will not affect registrations already completed. Your donation supports the organization and execution of ThriveTN2026 and provides access to online event sessions, virtual networking opportunities, sector-specific content, and optional offline attendance for nearby participants.
All registered participants will have access to event videos of their subscribed sectors through the ThriveIND mobile application after the event. This applies to both online and offline attendees. Video availability, duration of access, and content are subject to organizer discretion. Access credentials and instructions will be shared via email after the event concludes.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by ThriveTN2026 or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
Your registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion. All registered participants receive access to the online event.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveTN2026 and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThriveTN2026, its organizers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriveTN2026 regarding the use of the Platform.
